The apartments are in their original but well-maintained condition, cleared and freshly painted. Each unit includes a private basement storage unit, and apartments on the 4th floor feature terraces.
Heating is provided by a central gas boiler room, while domestic hot water is supplied by an individual electric boiler installed in each apartment.
The brick apartment building with a flat roof does not have an elevator. Windows of the apartments facing the street are oriented north, while those facing the courtyard are oriented south. The windows are wooden-framed.
