All projects presented under the City Home brand are part of the SATPO Group, which has been active in the Czech real estate market for more than 30 years. Since 2015, the SATPO Group has expanded its investment activities and established investment and project companies under the City Home brand, which invest in the purchase of co-ownership shares and entire apartment buildings for the purpose of revitalization and raising the standard of real estate for future generations.

SATPO is an active member of the ASSOCIATION OF DEVELOPERS, which was established to foster an open dialogue on the responsible role of developers in the development of modern society and on their positive contribution to the professional and social communities. Emphasis is placed on adherence to strict ethical standards. At the same time, the SATPO Group has been an active member of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN), a non-profit civic association, for many years. The Association’s members are leading representatives of development, investment, and consulting firms, real estate and law firms, banks, and other organizations active in the real estate market. In 2021, the SATPO Group became a member of the non-profit organization FAMILY BUSINESS NETWORK CZECH, whose goal is to support and develop Czech family businesses across generations.
