We are pleased to have completed the sale of apartments in the Ke Koulce 6 apartment building in Prague 5.
In a corner building with five above-ground and one underground floor, we sold apartments and newly built attic apartments in the white walls standard, as well as one commercial space.
The entire apartment building underwent extensive renovation, which included a new chip access system, audio phones, new entrance doors, mailboxes, painting, lighting, and the construction of cellar cubicles. The house has a new glass elevator attached to the facade of the house.
The standard of the new apartments is the so-called "White walls", where the new owner implements the details according to his own taste and wishes. These include final surfaces such as floors, tiles, fixtures, kitchen units, and interior doors.
For a better idea, it was possible to visit our model apartment, which served as inspiration for the final finish and was also intended for sale.
The house is located at Ke Koulce 1704/6 street, near the Křížová tram stop, from which you can walk to the Anděl metro station or Smíchovské nádraží in 5 minutes.
