During construction adjustments, emphasis is placed on technical readiness for future layout modifications. New water and sewage risers will be installed to meet modern standards. Clients wishing to change the original layout will be able to easily relocate the kitchen to the living room, transforming current 2+1 or 3+1 layouts into 3+kk, for example.
