• Reservation fee: CZK 200,000 payable within 5 days of signing the reservation agreement.
• Down payment: At least 10% upon signing the future contract.
• Final payment: 100% of the purchase price before signing the purchase agreement.

From selection to purchase and handover of the property for personal use, the client has access to a real estate specialist who will assist with choosing the most advantageous mortgage financing option, property insurance, recommending reliable partners for moving, selecting materials or interior furnishings, and ensuring the new home is comfortable and functional. All legal, financial, and professional services are provided in the pleasant environment of the City Home client center.
