Personal data protection is very important to us. In this document, you will find information on what personal data of our clients and users of our website we process, on what legal basis in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 which came into force on 25 May 2018 we process personal data, for what purposes we use it and what rights you have in regard to personal data processing.

To whom you give consent to personal data processing

What personal data we process

The personal data we process includes first name and surname (for individual entrepreneurs and companies, IČO/ID and head office), contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail address), information on properties and other information within the contract entered into with one of the companies in which we are the sole shareholder, information on the use of our services and further personal data we acquire from you during communication regarding our portfolio of real estate services and interior and living services.

For what purposes you give your consent to personal data processing

If you register on our website and give your consent to receiving news, then you thereby give your consent to the processing of personal data to the extent of first name, surname, email address and optionally telephone number for the purpose of sending offers of property and living and interior services within the Company portfolio as an established real estate company in the Czech market. 

The Company also processes personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest, especially to establish business co-operation, undertake internal analyses, provide services, monitor the quality of services provided and ensure client satisfaction in order to adjust our offer to your needs and improve the quality of services we provide even further and also on the basis of fulfilling the contract or our legal duty.

The sources we get your personal data from

We acquire personal data directly from you, from public sources (e.g. the publically accessible property registry, social networks), or from our own activities, specifically the processing and assessment of your personal data.

The ways we process your personal data

We may process your personal data either using a manual or automated way, and this occurs within the Company’s information systems through our employees or persons co-operating with us who are personal data processors, with whom we always have a written agreement concluded governing personal data processing, and these contain the same guarantees for personal data processing as are in accordance with the legal regulations observed within the Company. Personal data is secured using modern IT software standards ensuring maximum possible protection of personal data processing against unauthorised access or transfer, loss or destruction and against possible misuse.


Who we pass your personal data on to

We give your personal data for processing to SATPO management, s.r.o., with its head office at Holečkova 3331/35, Prague 5, postal code 150 00, IČ (ID): 27650723, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, file. no. C 121608, which is holds the database of our clients. We may only give personal data to another controller purely in the course of meeting our legal duty (giving it to state authorities).

How long we keep your personal data for

The consent you give to personal data processing remains valid and in force for a period of 5 years following your registration on our website or until such time as you withdraw your consent. If you establish contractual relations with us, then your consent lasts for the period of contractual relations with us or one of our companies, plus a subsequent 5-year period, or until such time as you withdraw consent. Once this period is over, your personal data will be deleted or processed only to an extent and for purposes for which your consent is not required according to legislation.

How you can withdraw your consent

Consent is voluntary; you can refuse to give it or you can withdraw your consent at any time using the below listed contact details. A refusal to give consent, or its withdrawal, has no impact on your contractual relations with our company or with companies in which we are the sole shareholder, nor any impact on the use of our services, and neither does it affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before it was withdrawn. In the event your consent is withdrawn, we will assume that you no longer wish us to process your personal data any further for marketing purposes.

Your rights in the processing of your personal data

You have the right to ask us to provide information on the personal data about you we have processed, you can ask us for an explanation if you ascertain or believe that we undertake personal data processing in breach of the law, and you can ask us to remove any inaccuracies and ask us to update information. In this regard, you furthermore have the right to ask for the rectification or deletion (disposal) or restriction of processing. From 25 May 2018, you also have the right to object to the processing, the right to portability of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
